Lars Hedenborg
Lars is the Founder of Real Estate B-School and Co-Founder of High-Performance Real Estate Advisors in Charlotte, North Carolina. After beginning his Real Estate career in 2007, Lars was able to increase his sales to over 450 homes in a single year and consistently sells over $100 Million without going to any appointments. Lars now teaches his business system to real estate agents across the country.
Stacie Peterson
Stacie is the Program Director at Real Estate B-School. She built her first real estate team at the young age of 23. In 2011 she and another agent started a top producing team, and in just 5 short years, they helped over 1,500 families and was ranked by the Wall Street Journal. It is because of the systems and strategies she put in place through REBS, she was able to sell her 7 figure business in 2016.

About Real Estate B-School Founder Lars Hedenborg
Real Estate B-School (REBS) Founder Lars Hedenborg left his corporate career in March 2007, just before the real estate market was set to shift in a major way. After spending the rest of 2007 hustling for every deal he could, Lars closed 27 sides for just under $7 million worth of real estate. He was working 70-80 hours per week but he fought hard and battled his way through that tough market. 

From 2008 to 2015 Lars went from selling 58 homes to 453 homes. Today, Lars leads the top producing real estate team in the Greater Charlotte Area and is ranked as one of the top agents in the nation for total sales volume selling over $500M worth of real estate in the last 10 years.

Lars admits that it was a painful and costly process to figure out how to scale a real estate business. Being a father and husband, it was critical for Lars to find a way to give up the grind of working deals 24/7. Through painstaking trial and error, applying and testing … Lars figured out what works and what doesn’t. 
As a result, Lars founded Real Estate B-School offering training on the step-by-step systems he uses today in his business. Real Estate B-School brings real-world tools, systems, and strategies to many top producing agents and team leaders across North America.
