Real Estate B-School (REBS) Founder Lars Hedenborg left his corporate career in March 2007, just before the real estate market was set to shift in a major way. After spending the rest of 2007 hustling for every deal he could, Lars closed 27 sides for just under $7 million worth of real estate. He was working 70-80 hours per week but he fought hard and battled his way through that tough market.
From 2008 to 2015 Lars went from selling 58 homes to 453 homes. Today, Lars leads the top producing real estate team in the Greater Charlotte Area and is ranked as one of the top agents in the nation for total sales volume selling over $500M worth of real estate in the last 10 years.
Lars admits that it was a painful and costly process to figure out how to scale a real estate business. Being a father and husband, it was critical for Lars to find a way to give up the grind of working deals 24/7. Through painstaking trial and error, applying and testing … Lars figured out what works and what doesn’t.
